Entrepreneurship teaching module for “Adjunktpædagogikum” – The Higher Education Teacher and Teacher Training Program

In Spring 2012, CIEL started developing and implementing a teaching module for the Higher Education Training Programme (Adjunktpædagogikum) in order to train all new university teaching staff in entrepreneurial didactics.

CIEL will develop, pilot-test and implement a new teaching model that will become part of the ordinary “Train the Teacher” programme at the three partner universities. Our goal is to ensure that all new university lecturers have completed training in entrepreneurship didactics.

Action-oriented didactic

By employing a more action-oriented real life didactic and encouraging greater participation by corporate partners, we seek to produce more entrepreneurial students, which, in turn, will benefit society in the long term.
